This winter, Paara invites you to co-weave a day with the Padma — a gentle return to presence, flow, and quiet becoming.In Flow with Padma is an intimate, curated river journey aboard the houseboat Nautilus, where we glide with the river and enter a meditative space through therapeutic, art-based sessions. You’ll be held and guided by Diti Roy (Art for Wellness Coach) and Rahnuma Haque (Mental Health Professional) as the day unfolds slowly — through gentle exploration, creative expression, and heartfelt moments of connection.
The experience includes:
* Pick-up and drop-off from a designated venue in Dhaka.
* Day-long houseboat ride and char exploration.
* Breakfast, lunch, tea, and refreshments.
* Guided art therapy and mental wellness sessions.
