At the portal of Samhain you are welcome to join us in the wild and natural surrounds of Slí na Bandé as we enter the fertile darkness and listen for what is calling to become embodied and visible within us at this liminal time.When we move with the curious and the unknown, which is the terrain of the Soul, we don’t know what the destination will be, only that our unique spark is guiding us to meet the mystery, and to receive the gifts, vision and medicine that are waiting for us.
Samhain is a time of letting go, of surrendering to the void and of opening to the dreamtime.
Moment to moment, through breath, enquiry, ritual and somatic dance, we will be guided by the innate intelligence of our moving bodies as instruments of divine awareness.
During the retreat we will engage with symbol and with practices to deepen connection to our dreaming body, inviting the material arising through our dreaming into visible form, so that we can receive the wisdom offered to us from our subconscious awareness in a supportive and enriching manner.
Held by the maps of Open Floor movement practice, teachings from the chakra system and the beauty of the Wicklow land we will take time to rest, to sit together, to move, to release and to dream.
It is not essential to be able to recall your dreams to attend this workshop. We will be exploring simple practices to enhance our ability to receive information in different forms through liminal states such as those in-between waking & sleeping, personality & soul and conscious & subconscious awareness.
Price includes delicious food, shared accommodation and an optional hot tub/sauna.
There is some single accommodation available and a supplement is charged for that.
This retreat is open to all and no previous experience is required.
As numbers for the retreat are limited and they are usually fully booked it is recommended to book your place early. Open to all genders.

Carol works as a therapist, an intuitive healer and somatic movement and dance teacher in Ireland. She draws on her background in energy medicine, body work and shamanic practice to support embodiment of heart, mind and soul.
