About Oksana Grischuk: Oksana Grischuk, a former professional ice skate dancer, emerged from the icy landscapes of Ukraine to write her name among the legends of figure skating. She was born in Ukraine and raised as an athlete in the Soviet Union. Oksana's journey began at the age of four when she first laced up her skates. Oksana relocated to Russia at the age of 12 to enhance her training.

Throughout her career, Oksana amassed a dazzling array of accolades and achievements, solidifying her status as one of the most decorated athletes in the history of figure skating. Her performances on the ice propelled her to the pinnacle of success, including:

Two-time Olympic Gold Medalist

Five-time World Champion

Three-time European Champion

Guinness World Record Holder (1998)

22 victories with only first places consistently for four years (1994-1998)

Yet, Oksana's prowess extends beyond the realm of figure skating. She coached her daughter to success on the tennis court as per personal tennis coach, with her daughter achieving a ranking of 64 in the World junior rankings and competed in US Open and Australian Open.

Natalia Iakymenko: Nataliia is an experienced operational and finance executive with 17 years of diverse experience across the eCommerce, marketplace, media production and broadcasting industries. As Head of Finance EU and CFO Eastern Europe and Central Asia for OLX Group, Nataliia has developed and implemented finance strategies across multiple jurisdictions and led a high-growth eCommerce business from startup to profitable operations.

Nataliia brings a results-oriented focus on business growth and process improvement, developing the teams, tools and processes needed to effectively deliver the finance and broader company strategy. On the personal side she always had a passion for sport, playing tennis, swimming and ice skating at a mature age, and discovered the power of sport in her daily wellbeing. She adeptly integrated the principles of sports competition to cultivate team spirit and expedite team-building efforts while leading international finance teams.

Nataliia is currently living in Cambridge and undertaking an Executive MBA at the University of Cambridge
