Create 4 high level dishes that can easily be contextualised to suit a range of settings. All dishes will cover high levelled skills in both preparation, knife kills and cooking.
Alongside this, delegates will receive a digital WAGOLL and adaptation station for a range of dishes that will support students of all abilities.
The Wagoll covers all areas of the NEA from another setting.
The adaptation station includes dual coded instruction cards as well as tier 3 vocab and simplified instruction frames broken down from each WAGOLL example.
