In Bloom- Healing Yoga for Women Impacted by Sexual Violence

In Bloom will use the teachings and principals of yoga to welcome the space to grow into our truest self. We will use embodied movement, breath work, sound toning, and meditation to release old emotions and thought patterns and set up tools to identify and lean into our higher self. We will have journal prompts throughout class.

What to bring/wear: Yoga gear {comfy pants or shorts and a tank or t-shirt- the room can be warm}, water, and a journal.
