In Between Rounds: Closed-Door Conversations for Men

The hardest fights happen outside the ring. Most men are taught to "embrace the suck" and keep their head down. But eventually, the weight of career stress, relationship struggles, fatherhood, child support or mental health hurdles requires a different kind of training. In Between Rounds is a quarterly, closed-door men’s series hosted inside Dropout Fight Club designed for men who are ready to stop just "getting through it" and start mastering it.

We don’t do clinical "vent sessions." This is an action-based circle for men. This series is facilitated by a veteran mental health professional who brings a unique and no non-sense perspective to the circle:

• 25+ Years of Experience: He has spent over two decades working on the ground with men and fathers in the Milwaukee community.
• A Boxer’s Mindset: As a boxer himself, he understands the grit, discipline and resilience required in the gym and how to translate those tools into mental health and healthier coping.
• Direct & Practical: We use simple language to tackle the problems of the mind. Expect a straight up, high-impact environment focused on strategies, not just stories.

• Motivational Insight: Short, powerful talks on navigating hardship from someone who has lived it.
• The Closed-Door Circle: An honest, confidential space to hear from other men and realize you aren't the only one in the fight.
• Actionable Strategy: Leave with a "game plan" for managing the heavy stuff you’re carrying.
• No Ego: Whether you’re a pro athlete, a corporate executive or a blue-collar worker, the rank stays at the door.

We gather where the work is done. By meeting in the ring, we lean into the discipline of the fighter. This is a space for men who value growth, strength and the brotherhood of shared struggle.
