Educational Objectives:

  1. Develop critical thinking skills while producing an ASL interpretation.
  2. Explore complex concepts like systemic racism within the context of Black history and racial justice.
  3. Gain "hands up" practice with peer and mentor feedback
  4. Analyze the primary source, evaluate historical narratives, and synthesize diverse perspectives in a safe and collaborative learning environment.


Although the book discussions are Black-only spaces, In-betweens are open to everyone.
