The West of England Metals and Materials Association (affiliated to the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining) jointly with the Centre for Integrated Materials, Processes and Structures (Faculty of Engineering, University of Bath) welcome you to the first Academia and Industry Networking and Professional Development Symposium
This joint event will provide a unique opportunity to network with academia and industry professionals with interests in materials and participate in a series of activities focused around continuing professional development.
Highlights include:
• Learn about WEMMA and IMPS
• Future of Materials, Minerals and Mining, from IOM3 President
• Talks on Materials and Manufacturing from academia and industry covering a range of topics including additive manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, and materials development for industries including construction and aerospace.
