Improvisations Now is a monthly series of concerts programmed by Joe Morris. Joe invites a diverse group of dynamic, innovative musicians, all important members of the global improvised music scene, and performs with them. The music is completely improvised. Every concert is different.The 2024-2025 season begins on Sunday, September 22, 2024, and goes through May 4, 2025.

We're so excited to welcome Jacqueline Kerrod and her harp for this duet with Joe Morris.
Jacqui is an incredibly versatile talent. She's played with Kanye West, Antony & The Johnsons, Jane Birkin, Rufus Wainwright, Santigold, Jonsi & Alex, and many more.
Downbeat Magazine calls Joe "the preeminent free music guitarist of his generation.” Joe is a New England-based multi-instrumentalist, composer, and scholar who is one of the most original and important improvising musicians today.
