The Chondrosarcoma Foundation is going to introduce skills to manage stress, anxiety and depression by hosting our sixth International Forum / Virtual Dialogue featuring the following prominent experts to address the mental health of Chondrosarcoma patients. The event will include professional counselors who are also cancer survivors, and will address how patients can manage their stress, anxiety and depression and improve overall quality of life, as well as the mental health needs of family members and caregivers. If there is enough interest, the foundation plans to establish and sustain two on-going support groups, one for Chondrosarcoma patients and the other for Family members and caregivers.
