Come and try out the ‘Improvers/Mambo’Salsa Team Audition. Everybody with Salsa experience level IMPROVERS and above are welcome to trial.
**It will be a routine of two minutes and aught within 8 weeks**
The ‘Improvers Mambo’ team will perform at Club events in Oxford.
It will be coached by Eddie and Fabhiola and the routine will be taught in on2/Mambo.
The idea it’s to improve your level in Mambo and to get ready for upper level performing groups such as ‘Con Sabor’ salsa team (Intermediate/Advanced level)!

★Eddie, Now living in London he is originally from Caracas Venezuela. His foundations were laid by some of the best in the UK. Whilst studying under these teachers he was encouraged to explore different types of dancing including lyrical jazz, commercial street dance and even ballet. After a number of years dancing in different teams, and progressing to Diablo Dance Company semi-professional team, he wanted more. It was at this time that he ventured abroad and met Marco Ferrigno – founder of Mambo Moderno. This was when he just felt as though he’d found his calling. A dance form steeped in his culture and music but free with the fusion of other dance techniques including ballet, contemporary, flamenco and afro cuban. He still follows Maestro Marco Ferrigno and frequents Milan Italy to train with him. He has also studied extensively with afrocuban master Lazaro Lopez exploring the roots of Salsa. He has competed at some of the most prestigious competitions globally including World Latin Dance Cup, World Salsa Summit, Global Summit, La Negra Pasos Libre’s and International Paris Shines contest.
★Fabhiola, is a professional qualified Dance Teacher, experienced Salsa dancer in diverse Styles, choreographer and renowned teacher of salsa in Oxford and London.
She is the founder of 'Salsa Central Oxford’, ‘El Rincon’ and ‘Salsafab’ in Oxford. The clubs specialize in Mambo, also, teaching Casino, Rueda, Rumba and Afro Cuban dances; sharing the knowledge gained training with Daisy Villalejo, principal dancer at Conjunto Folklorico Nacional de Habana in Cuba, Fabhiola was trained by Luanda Pau for 2 years and joined her performance group, Luanda is a worldwide renowned Afro Cuban Teacher also a principal dancer at Conjunto Folklorico Nacional de Habana in Cuba. Also, Fabhiola was trained by worldwide renowned Mambo Teacher/performer Adolfo Indacochea and Tania Cannarsa students' course performance group for 2 years organised by Mambocity in London.
Her love of Cuban and Mambo dance has driven her to communicate this passion to a wider audience, inspiring others to share the richness and depth of Cuban culture and Mambo knowledge.
Both will deliver exceptional training to raise your salsa dancing and performing level.
?What to wear:
Please ladies bring your dance shoes (heels), jazz shoes and confortable clothes, for men please also bring your dance shoes or trainers and also confortable shoes.
