About Faith:
Faith Tait has been working as a trainer, coach and speaker in the world of personal development and wellbeing for nearly thirty years. Her clients come from very many walks of life. Early on in those years, Faith realised that people, no matter who they are, can have the finest of intentions and goals but without the health and vitality afforded by restorative sleep, things were, shall we say, extremely difficult.
As a result, she studied and qualified in sleep coaching and incorporated it into her work. Now, her workshops and coaching on reclaiming sleep are the foundation of what she offers. She firmlybelieves good sleep to be the essential for health recovery, wellbeing and a good life.
