Our experienced instructor will take the group through a series of fun games which help you build key cycling skills such as ...
- Breaking
- Controlling your bike and turning
- Taking a hand of the handle bars and looking over your shoulder.
The session will be adapted to the level of the group but is not suitable for those who have not yet mastered pedaling independently .

FAQs
COVID-19 update.
In accordance with Government Coronavirus guidelines, we have restricted tickets to this event to two households per session.
General measures we are undertaking, include:
• We ask that anyone feeling ill or showing signs of any symptoms does not attend the session and follow NHS guidance
• Cycle instructors will clean equipment on a regular basis, including the disinfection of bikes after each session.
• Hand sanitiser and face masks will be provided for participants to use.
• Cycling instructors will be required to maintain social distancing.
• We ask that participants only book one session per day so everyone has the opportunity to utilise the training.
Can children attend these events without an adult?
No. Children must be accompanied by an adult during these activities.
Can I book onto more than one session?
No - due to the limited number of places available we ask you to book onto one session.
What if I cannot make it after I have booked onto it?

What about the weather?
Due to the unpredictable weather make sure you keep your phone handy with you on the morning, if we have to cancel the session we will let you know via the number you give us. Please make sure you all wear suitable clothes for the weather.
What if the event is cancelled?
We will always try and let you know with as much notice as possible. We will get in touch via the contact information you booked with, usually your mobile. Please ensure this is correct.
