About this Event
Improv Workshop: The Big Picture, will explore ways to make a more cohesive show. Find ways to expand how we think about our improv set as a team and what actions we can take to push our shows beyond a series of two-person scenes and into a gelatinous living blob of a performance! For teams and team players that are looking for ways to take their shows up a level, and those that want to take some risks in their performances and explore what else an improv show can be.
If you would like to attend both workshops, you can add Floodwater's second workshop, Improv Workshop: Fun Characters, Better Scenes, at checkout for a discounted rate.
About the Instructor
Peter Collins is an actor, improviser and Dad coming to you from the greater Chicago area. He started his improv journey 20 years ago at the UCB and Magnet theaters in New York City before migrating to Chicago to work aboard the Norwegian cruise lines for the Second City. Peter worked extensively with TJ & Dave as a part of their theater ensemble , writing and performing in several improvised sketch reviews they directed. Now he’s HERE! And very excited to play.
