Check out our current lineup of Resident Improv Teams! Long-Form Improv inspired by a suggestion from the audience. Think of it as a sitcom made up on the spot with no commercials. Catch them before they're gone! These teams rotate every three months!
Stop That Man
Stop That Man is a five-person, Los Angeles-based improv troupe that came together in February of 2023 by way of the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. Stop That Man performed their first sold out show at UCB, Stop That Grinch, shortly after forming. They have also performed sold-out shows at Packfest, The Clubhouse, The Broadwater, South Pasadena Theater Workshop, and as a frequent comedy show opener around Los Angeles. Stop That Man currently has a bi-monthly show at the H.I.T theater, and are 2x UCB Cagematch champions. They specialize in long-form improv styles, including Pretty Flower and La Ronde.

Nerve Endings
Nerve Endings are a team of six creatures that joined forces to bring true joy back into the world. Forbes wrote “Yes, I literally tried to stop feeling happy while watching them perform, And I was unsuccessful.” Nerve Endings has created a show that turns seemingly disconnected realities into a cohesive, linear, long-form-narrative. Or at least that’s what they say, they really just like playing pretend up there.
