In collaboration with Zarandona Counseling, Improv IFS is coming to South Bend! We are excited that LangLab has graciously invited us to use their venue again this month, and hope you will check out their café before or after the event! ‘What is Internal Family Systems?’ you might be asking. Well, if part of you says, ‘that sounds interesting, tell me more!’ and another part wants to run away, have we got a show for you! Bring your friends to the most fun you’ll have sorting through your cognitive dissonance, self-sabotage, dissociative habits, and trauma triggers in what promises to be an entertaining and participatory afternoon at the improv. Don’t worry if you’re more of an audience-dwelling type; your curiosity and witness are welcome, too!
