About this Event

“Let’s get weird and find ourselves along the way.”

Do you often feel uncomfortable in your own skin, not present, have difficulty listening to others, alienated in groups, or feeling like you’re unable to be heard or understood? If you answered yes and, then this course is for you. Using foundational exercises in improvisational acting we will explore methods to increase your presence in the moment, connection to others, and expression of self - all with the underlying goal of improving your recovery from, life.

The workshop is free but with a suggested donation of $10 to cover the event space rental. If you cannot pay do not worry, we need you more than we need your money.

This event takes place in an enclosed space so proof of vaccination will be required for all attendees.
