INTRO TO IMPROV FOR FOLKS WITH BRAIN INJURIES– Welcome to Improv - With Syd Campbell

This amazing improv class has been specially designed for folks with brain injuries. In this in-person course you will learn the basics you’ll need to dive confidently into the world of improv! You will learn the terminology used in improvisation, how to build the basic scene, what makes a good offer, and what an “offer” is. You’ll also get to know the basics of producing your own comedy show and get some hands on experience with making it happen! You’ll also have a great, great tim!
This class is free for all participants thanks to the support of the Brain Injury Alliance's Dr. Gur Singh Memorial Education Fund!
Accessibility - The venue is accessible to access from the street level with no steps up. There will be a support worker ready to support folks taking this class, however if you require one-on-one care, please let us know and we are happy to welcome them to join the class.
Show Day Information - There will be a show on Thursday, November 28pm at 7pm at the Newton Cultural Centre, Surrey, BC.
