About this Event
Dates: This class runs Mondays from 7:00 to 9:00 PM, starting June 17th and running for 8 weeks. A showcase will be scheduled as an additional opportunity on an evening during the week of August 10th.
Instructor: Jamie Sneed
Jamie Sneed is a Richmond boomerang, returning after having grown up here but living his best years in Brooklyn, NY and St Paul, MN. He has a dog and a wife who both still think he's "pretty funny". Jamie is an ex-architect and current bladesmith who found improv late and fell for it hard, and is often the loudest laugher in the audience. He has been at the Coalition since 2022 and is on the house team Do Crimes, performing every other Friday.

Emotional reactions are the bedrock of improv. In our second level, you will strengthen the skills you built in our Intro class and focus on creating sustainable scenes based on patterns of emotional behavior that inform Characters and Relationships.
Great if you want to dig deeper into improv or if you need to interact with other humans in your day-to-day life.
COST: $225 (Early Bird $195)
The Coalition Theater is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Once classes begin, all sales are final. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending or completing your registered class. While we do our best to accommodate such situations, refunds are awarded only as credit for a future class or shows and are subject to the discretion of The Coalition Theater management.
