If so, please join me and 20 other individuals for my Impostor Syndrome workshop and a group discussion.
Each guest will be given a new, updated version of my Impostor Syndrome workbook and as a collective we will discuss + work through the exercises to Identify our own Impostor Syndrome types and triggers. Then we will work towards understanding and challenging our Impostor Syndrome thoughts, so that we can manage our Impostor Syndrome and not let it manage us!
To ensure attendance commitment there is a $20 non refundable registration fee.
The event will take place inside of Tacoma Armory in Suite 15 from 6pm-8pm.
