About the presenter:
Kam Unninayar Kam Unninayar is a Certified Leadership Coach (GCEC, ACC), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and former executive with over 25 years of experience driving transformative initiatives in global organizations. She has held key leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Vice President of Finance and Operational Excellence. Her experience spans Fortune 500 companies such as Thermo Fisher Scientific, PepsiCo, and Colgate, as well as healthcare and biotech startups.
As a senior executive, Kam excelled at guiding organizations through complex challenges by fostering collaboration, bringing clarity to uncertainty, and empowering teams to achieve meaningful outcomes. She now brings this approach to her coaching practice, combining her business acumen with a deep commitment to personal and professional growth.
Currently pursuing a master’s degree in organizational Behavior and Industrial Psychology at Harvard University, Kam is also earning certifications in Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, as well as Advanced Negotiation and Conflict Resolution. Her coaching is reflective and relational, helping leaders identify their strengths, build confidence, and create lasting impact.
Kam integrates mindfulness and emotional intelligence into her practice, drawing on her leadership experience to support clients navigating high-stakes decisions and transitions. Advance registration is preferred for all Ed Portal programs and events. Walk-in attendees may not be admitted.
Parking is limited around the Ed Portal so we recommend taking public transportation.
Public transportation options:
We are about a 15-20 minute walk from the Red Line Harvard Square station or Green Line -B Harvard Avenue station.
Several MBTA buses also stop near the intersection of North Harvard Street and Western Avenue: #66, #86, #70.
Parking information:
If you choose to drive to the Ed Portal please be prepared to utilize the two-hour on-street parking surrounding the Ed Portal or to park at Artesani Park and walk 10-12 minutes along Western Avenue to arrive at the Ed Portal. A limited number of parking spaces are available in the rear of the Ed Portal building on a first come, first serve basis. You may only use parking spaces in the rear of the Ed Portal building outlined in orange paint.
