The path to finding your unique creative confidence

During this session I’ll share learnings and practical tools from my own experience as a burnout survivor and a happiness coach, we’ll complete some reflective exercises (written work) and you’ll have a workbook to take away.

This workshop is designed for adults aged 18+
Sessions are non-refundable unless cancelled by Sage and Salt Studio.
