Setting up a creative production company in the middle of a global pandemic might not have been on the top of everyones to do list - but experienced creative and event producers Charlie Bunker (Wildworks / Arts Council England) and Gabby Vautier (Young Vic, Barbican, Kneehigh) love a challenge and knew it was exactly what was needed. In their first 3 years they have created over 30 projects. They have launched the Mayor of Londons cultural strategy with over 500 performers, started FIAFest - a new theatre festival in Falmouth featuring live contemporary performance including a 50 strong climate conscious orchestra, and went viral with their provocative podcast about Cornish Nationalism. They are addicted to problem solving, are relentlessly optimistic and have ideas coming out of their ears. Join Charlie and Gabby for an evening of conversation about their quest to find the “I’m Possible” in what sometimes feels like impossible times.
Impossible Producing Ltd is led by experienced theatre and events producers Charlie Bunker (Wildworks, ACE) and Gabby Vautier (Young Vic, Punchdrunk, MIF, Barbican). We make theatre, events, festivals, ideas, conversations and change happen through developing people and creative projects. Our regular and informal supper clubs are a lovely opportunity to gather with friends and family members for a 2 course fish supper and coffee (or tea), followed by a talk. We love to choose varied and unusual topics from seaweed to gardening and theatre to whales ! We gather from 6.30pm for a welcome drink in the golf bar and function area ready to sit down for dinner at 7pm.
