REVIEW PROCESS
Every registration is evaluated with an emphasis on the overall fit and finish, quality of workmanship, after-market parts and relevance of modifications.
Our screening procedure involves a subjective assessment of your "pictures" and "specified modifications". IMPORTFEST INC. reserves the authority to approve or decline any applicant as it deems appropriate.
In addition, each candidate will be assessed based on our scoring system and categories list. Vehicles that exhibit a high level of competitiveness in their respective class will be given priority.
If your application is not accepted and you wish to try again, you can resubmit your entry one more time with updated photos and a detailed list of modifications.
(Due to the high volume of submissions we will ONLY be sending out acceptance emails. If you do not receive a response from us within 5 days, it means that your application has not been accepted.)
WE NOW OFFER FRIDAY JUDGING!
To expedite the judging process and reduce wait times on the day of the show, we now offer Friday judging during the setup period. Having your car judged on Friday means that you won't have to wait next to your vehicle on Saturday or arrive early on the day of the show, and it also gives you more time to interact with the judges.
This is an excellent option for cars that require less preparation time, so we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity.
The same judge(s) who will be judging vehicles on Saturday will also be assigned to judge on Friday.
We will be accepting requests for Friday judging on a first-come, first-served basis.
You can select the option for Friday Judging when you register online!
