About this Event
This workshop is a type of meditation or way of life in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you’re sensing and feeling in the moment. Without interpretation or judgment.
This involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind to reduce stress.
Meet Alana
Alana has always been about turning lemons into lemonade. Having experienced depression and anxiety and a son with OCD she has always put her energy into giving back to the mental health community. Through the years she’s taken many courses on self-development and has even travelled to Peru to work as a peer support worker. She knows the importance of mental health and hopes to connect authentically as well as provide useful information.
