Implicit Bias Training with the bias test

Session overview: This session will help participants understand implicit bias and how it influences the everyday experiences of clients and staff. It will examine how to identify and monitor implicit bias in ourselves, community, organisations and practices. We will learn about the triggers of bias and how to self-regulate.

Requirement:

Implicit bias and social attitude test: staff will complete the basic Implicit bias test prior to the session. This will be received one week before the session.
