Implementing a Trauma-Informed Schools Program: Putting the Pieces Together

Assuming that participants know the basic building blocks of trauma-informed practices, this

session will help participants dig deeper into how to make these practices into a program that will benefit both staff and students. Trudi will cover how to: lay the foundation for the program, get staff on board, include these practices in the daily schedule, build a timeline for implementation, and know that your program is making a difference through

both data and experiences.
