We are tapping a series of small batch Imperial Stouts that have been aged on various woods instead of in a barrel, providing more flavor control with less waste. Come sip and talk with our brewer Dave to learn more about the woods and their formats, including spirals, cubes, and a new alternative that uses evaporative extraction of the barrels themselves.
