Set up begins 4pm EST on Friday, May 24th.Join Us Memorial Day Weekend for Imperial Banner War 2024.
The lush land and beautiful grounds of the Preserve at Markham Park, Sunrise, FL. will soon be filled with banners, pavilions, warriors, archers, and artisans.
Join us for Imperial Banner War SE 2024. Onsite camping as well as a small bathroom, with full showers just a short distance down the road.
A Pre-Sunset archery tournament is scheduled for Friday.
War and Imperial tournament scenarios will take place Saturday and Sunday.
Entrance to the Park (please advise the gate you are with “Adria at the Preserve”) as well as onsite camping are included in the site fee.
Other campsites are available thru the park for an additional cost. There is electric supply at the bathroom. Your long extension cords will give you electric in your camping tent.
Hotels, restaurants, and shopping are all nearby.
Site opens around 4pm on Friday for set up and early sign in. The site needs to be cleared by 1 pm on Monday.
Water and oranges will be on site to help with hydration. Please bring extra though.
We are seeking willing members to fill ministry positions. Please contact Dame Katelyn (Patty Vanik) and Chevalier Adeline DiMontfort (Jacqueline Kohnert) with any questions or comments.
The site fee for the weekend
$15 per person 13 y/o and up, Family cap of $30
$0 for under 13 years of age.
A meal plan has been determined and offered for interested folks. Please advise if you wish to participate no later than Tuesday, May 21st.
Don't forget to bring feastware.
Breakfast and Lunch on site for a charge of $5.00 per meal
Saturday Evening Feast
The FEAST – will be $15 per person paid before May 21st.
The FEAST – will be $20 per person if paid on the day of the Feast which is Saturday, May 25th.
