In this workshop you will discover the bold and expressive world of impasto painting! Impasto is a technique where thick layers of paint create rich texture and dynamic movement, allowing you to bring depth and emotion to your artwork. This class will teach you how to sculpt with paint and make your paint strokes come alive.
All Levels Welcome: No prior experience required!
You will learn:
🎨 How to mix and apply thick paint for texture and dimension
🎨 Techniques using brushes and palette knives
🎨 Tips on color mixing and creating depth with light & shadow
🎨 Ways to add energy and expression to your paintings
What’s included:
🎨 Expert Instruction and lecture: Learn techniques from an experienced artist. The class will be accompanied by the lecture about the technique.
🎨 All supplies are included: (canvas, paints, brushes, etc). We will use acrylic paints on canvas.
🎨 Relaxing Atmosphere: Enjoy the therapeutic benefits of painting, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
🎨 Tee/coffee
Language of Instruction: English (Dutch on demand).
Family Friendly: Children from 9 years old can attend the workshop. For smaller children it is recommended to consult prior with the organizer.
