Come and join us for this year's [i]MPACT Stories themed ‘Os ICARUS: The Unbroken Pursuit of Purpose’.

[i]MPACT first began in 2011 as a UKECares Office initiative in Malaysia, originally designed as a one-day event featuring speakers from diverse fields who were passionate about sharing their journeys and success stories to inspire young people. In 2019, taking inspiration from the TED Talk format, the event evolved into [i]MPACT Stories which is a more dynamic and interactive sharing session between speakers and students. The rebrand focused on delivering concise, impactful presentations that shed light on important yet often overlooked topics such as mental health, social entrepreneurship, literature, and more.

This edition of [i]MPACT Stories invites you to hop on an adventure guided by the legend of Icarus, and soar beyond boundaries. Contrary to common belief, Icarus tells the tale not of failure, but of fearless ambition and the courage to dream. We celebrate those who embarked on the unconventional path, those who rise with conviction in the face of shuddering resistance and those who stand unshakable in their true self while reaching for the stars.
