We look at clean energy and advanced manufacturing and what the North East has to do to make sure these gamechangers grow.
About this Event

The BUSINESSiQ Impact campaign continues to convene the conversations shaping the future of the North East — bringing together the people, ideas and partnerships driving meaningful, long-term change.

Join us for the next event in the Impact series, Powering a Green Revolution, as we examine how clean energy and advanced manufacturing are redefining the region’s economic landscape — and what must happen next to ensure these game-changing sectors continue to grow.

From net-zero ambitions to the delivery of large-scale industrial transformation, the North East is fast becoming a national hub for green innovation. This session will bring business leaders, manufacturers, skills providers and policy partners together to explore how collaboration across industry, education and the public sector can accelerate investment, close skills gaps and secure the region’s position at the forefront of the UK’s green transition.

The event takes place at Teesworks Skills Academy — a purpose-built environment designed to support the next generation of green talent and one of the most significant regeneration projects in the country.

Whether you work within energy, manufacturing, construction, education or supply chain services — or simply want to understand where the next wave of opportunity is emerging — this is your opportunity to join the conversation, with time built in to connect and build valuable new relationships.
