Join facilitators Amber Ella-Vatrix and Raven, who bring over two decades of combined experience in kink, conscious play, and facilitation.
Together, we have explored the edges of intensity with passion, curiosity, and deep respect for the body and psyche.
We are both trauma-informed practitioners committed to teaching impact play with safety, consent, and awareness at the core.
This three-hour workshop is more than just technique—it’s an initiation into the transformative power of impact.
Research and experience show that edgy kink practices can:
Build willpower and resilience by showing us what we are truly capable of.
Unlock a heightened sense of physical presence and strength.
Guide us deeper into the body—without bypassing or dissociating.
Induce natural highs and altered states that can act like pain relief and ecstatic release.
With these highs can also come big come-downs, so we’ll explore not only how to deliver and receive impact safely but also how to land, ground, and practice meaningful aftercare.
We recommend allowing yourself extra time after the workshop to integrate before entering the evening’s Mayhem Kink Night.
What You’ll Learn
Safety & Anatomy – where to strike, and where not to.
Tools of the Trade – floggers, crops, paddles, canes, and open-hand techniques.
Intensity Building – warming up, layering sensation, rhythm, and pacing.
Scene Craft – consent, communication, anticipation, and aftercare.
Embodied Presence – staying connected to yourself and your partner during intensity.
Important Notes
Please bring any toys you’d like to learn with (some will also be provided).
This workshop can be emotionally activating—come with an open mind, self-awareness, and a willingness to hold space for yourself and others if big feelings arise.
Respect and presence are non-negotiable—our container relies on everyone’s commitment to safety and care.
