About the Instructor
Julie Schaffer is an accomplished training professional with over 30 years of experience designing and delivering impactful in-person, virtual, and on-demand training programs. Her expertise spans policy and procedural compliance, workplace professionalism, leadership, communication, time management, and Microsoft Office. Julie began her career as a Microsoft Office instructor, later owning and operating her own computer training center, where she developed curricula and delivered training to private, corporate, and government clients. As Director of Career and Financial Management at Fresh Start Women’s Foundation, she managed teams and oversaw a robust catalog of workshops, webinars, and on-demand courses, achieving measurable knowledge gains and high participant satisfaction.
Currently, as the owner of Accountable Learning, LLC, Julie develops specialized digital training courses for Department of Defense contractors and subcontractors, focusing on CMMC 2.0, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and ITAR compliance. Known for her ability to simplify complex concepts and create engaging learning experiences, she combines curriculum design expertise with proficiency in tools. Julie is a dedicated leader, driven by a passion for excellence and a commitment to delivering meaningful training outcomes.
