IMMUNITY BOOSTERS AND BUSTERS NUTRITION & COOKING CLASS
Come join us at Zion United Church of Christ for a fun and informative nutrition and cooking class! Learn how to boost your immune system with delicious and healthy foods. This class explores foods and habits that can boost our immune system and also those that deplete it. Hear the latest research behind immunity and what you can do, easily, to protect yourself and your loved ones. The class includes a beautiful booklet containing all the science you will learn, plus recipes to incorporate into your meal planning. It also includes a cooking demonstration and food tasting! IF YOU ARE A COUPLE, PLEASE PLACE BOTH YOUR FIRST NAMES IN THE FIRST NAME FIELD OF THE REGISTRATION. SINGLES and COUPLES ARE THE SAME REGISTRATION FEE! WE ENCOURAGE COUPLES!
