About this Event
New year, new healthy recipes, new class! Join Savannah Cass, RD and I for a class to jump start your new year healthy eating! Immune Boosting Superfoods Cooking Class is packed full of nutritious, easy, affordable, and delicious recipes to help you eat healthy everyday!
In this class you get hands on experience cooking one of the six recipes in small groups and get to enjoy a full meal. Recipes and nutrition information tips will be sent home with you to refer to over and over. This is a two hour class. Kids over the age of 8 are welcome to register with a registered adult. Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable to another person. Sign up soon as classes fill up quickly! See you in class!

Savannah Cass is a registered dietitian specializing in GI health, a chef, and a yoga instructor, as well as the founder of Blissful Belly Food & Nutrition. Blissful Belly offers functional nutrition consultations and private cooking classes in Yakima. With a background in culinary nutrition, functional medicine, and herbal studies, she helps clients achieve lasting wellness through personalized nutrition. Savannah is passionate about making healthy eating enjoyable and accessible, showing people that food designed to support the body can also be delicious by emphasizing the use of whole, nutrient-dense ingredients to create satisfying meals. As someone who follows a gluten-free lifestyle herself and works with many gluten-free clients, she is always developing flavorful recipes so no one has to miss out on the foods they love!
