About this Event

This workshop is specifically designed for startup companies and entrepreneurs looking to navigate the complex and ever-changing world of immigration law in the United States.

The workshop will cover a range of topics including nonimmigrant visa options for employing foreign national workers, green card options for business students, entrepreneurs, and investors, and general advice and practical challenges to consider when pursuing immigration options.

During the workshop, you'll gain valuable insights from an experienced immigration lawyer on the various visa options available to startups and entrepreneurs. We'll cover the different nonimmigrant visa options, such as the B-1 business visitor visa, F-1 student visa, H-1B visa, E-1 and E-2 visas for treaty traders and investors, L-1 visa for multinational companies, O-1 extraordinary ability visa, nationality-specific work visas, and the international entrepreneur parole.

We'll also delve into immigrant visa categories, including EB-1 for extraordinary individuals, national interest waivers, and the EB-5 program. You'll learn about the green card application process and the practical challenges and common risks associated with pursuing green card options.

By the end of the workshop, you'll know about the different U.S. immigration options available to startup companies and or entrepreneurs, as well as the tools and resources you need to navigate the immigration process.
