About this Event

Join us on October 9 for a special regional edition of our Immigrant Women Entrepreneurs MeetUp—an evening created to bring together newcomer and immigrant women who dream of starting a business, are just getting started, or are already running one.
Hosted by Immigrant Entrepreneur Canada (IEC) and presented by Riipen, in partnership with Startup Canada’s Startup Women initiative, with support from the Cornwall & Area Chamber of Commerce and the Cornwall SDG Business Enterprise Centre.
✨ Everyone is welcome. Whether you’re still exploring ideas, in the early stages, or growing your business, this is a safe, supportive space to connect, learn, and feel inspired.
What to Expect:
- An inspiring talk by Béatrice Noel, immigrant entrepreneur and co-founder of Cornwall Connector, a startup reshaping mobility through accessible and sustainable public transportation.
- Genuine conversations with women who share your journey and understand your challenges.
- Casual networking with fellow entrepreneurs, changemakers, and community supporters.
- Light refreshments to enjoy while you mingle.
You’ll leave with new connections, fresh perspectives, and the encouragement to take your next step in business—no matter where you are today.
👉 RSVP to confirm your spot. We can’t wait to welcome you!
