About this Event
Take a pause from the noise of everyday life and give yourself the gift of deep rest.
This 90-minute immersive sound journey is designed to help you unwind, release tension, and reconnect with yourself through the power of vibrations. These vibrations work through the body, helping to quieten the mind, regulate the nervous system, and invite rest. As your body relaxes, your brain naturally moves into slower, meditative states that nurture focus, creativity, and deep restoration.
What to bring?
- A yoga mat or something soft to lie on.
- A small pillow for extra support.
- A water bottle to keep hydrated
- A blanket to keep you warm
- And whatever else to make you comfortable for ultimate relaxation (eye mask is a good idea).
What to expect?
The session starts with a brief introduction to help you settle in. Then, you’ll lie back and get comfortable while I guide you through a short meditation with breathwork to relax. The sounds of instruments such as crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, chimes, drums and more will gradually build into a relaxing, immersive experience designed to ease tension and calm the mind. The session ends with a short grounding meditation and stillness to help you transition back into your day. This is an immersive and intimate session with maximum of 10 attendees.
IMPORTANT - Who is it not for?
While sound baths are safe for most people, they may not be suitable for:
- People who experience seizures
- Pregnant individuals in their first trimester.
- Those with pacemakers or other electronic/metal implants
- Individuals with sound sensitivities or tinnitus.
- People with severe mental health conditions or PTSD
Please consult your doctor if you are unsure whether you should attend a sound bath because of health concerns.

This event is for ages 16+.
Low Income
I reserve 1 spot at a discounted price of £15 for the session. Please email me if you wish to claim this spot.
Cancellations
I get it—life happens. If you need to cancel, let me know at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable due to limited space.
Late Arrivals & No-Show Policy
Door opens at 7.05pm, please arrive at that time to settle in comfortably. Doors will be locked at 7.10pm for a prompt start.
Late arrivals won’t be admitted.
There will be no refunds for non-attendees or latecomers.
