Are you experiencing pain, stress or overwhelm? Most of us are exhausted and feel like we’re on a never-ending treadmill. This hour is an opportunity to put everything down; to leave thoughts about the past and fears about the future at the door.
Honouring yourself and your needs – this is your time.
What to expect:
• Guided arrival and gentle settling
• A full sound bath using gongs, singing bowls, chimes and more
• Space to rest, receive and reset
• Gentle re-grounding before you leave
What to bring:
• Cushion and blanket (or two)
• Warm clothes / cosy socks
• A bottle of water
Who it’s for:
This session is suitable for anyone seeking deep rest, stress relief, emotional reset or simply an hour of being held by sound. No prior experience with meditation or sound baths is needed.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled. Doors close promptly at 6pm to maintain the container for everyone.
