What is Sound Healing
Sound healing is an ancient healing modality that combines different instruments to improve our multidimensional well-being, providing a deeply relaxing or profound experience, depending on what the mind, body, and soul needs at that time.
Everything is energy and energy is vibration, therefore, each cell in the human body has a unique vibration and frequency. Sometimes, everyday life can affect these frequencies such as poor diet, lack of sleep, stress & illness causing the body to become out of harmony. When this happens, it can manifest as dis-ease and we can get sick or feel stuck in life.
When played, the sound healing instruments have the ability to pull the mind and body into a deep meditative state or state of deep relaxation. The sound vibrations, cause the brainwaves to slow into different states, restoring balance and harmony within the cells in the body, benefitting our physical, mental and emotional well-being.
