Uzahvati Portugal is a creative team already known in Lisbon for their immersive experience for couples STEREO. Now they invite citizens and tourists to a new adventure - a promenade immersive experience called THE TIME.
What is time? Is it a category that can essentially be measured? How and what do we use our time for? The performance allows us to slow down to inhale and find a timeless moment
by focusing on the myriad
sensations that occur between bodies and the city. It is an adventure filled with thoughts observations and memories.
Can we look at the city more carefully? What do you see? The storyline of THE TIME draws our attention to the many things that are often left unnoticed. We observe the space and people around us from another dimension. Freeze! Look up at the sky! Begin racing each other... Get a glimpse into a stranger's eyes notice small details and take a minute to stare at the display cases.
This promenade experience was created specifically for Lisbon considering non-touristic areas such as Oriente Olaias Alameda and their presence. It might transform ordinary locations into vibrant cultural hubs attracting people and investment to previously overlooked areas.
