This is a calm, seated live music experience designed for listening, rest, and gentle inward attention.
Music is mixed live in a continuous flow, with a slow and steady pace that supports settling and ease in the body.
There is no performance element, no expectation to move, and nothing you need to do.
You are welcome to sit, lie down, or rest in whatever way feels comfortable.
