*A folklore themed sound bath evoking ancient stories and sounds. Fully immersive for all the senses.
*Held at Parochial Hall, 28 High St, Kenilworth.
*Please bring a pillow, yoga mat and blanket. A chair and cushion can be provided should this be more comfortable for you.
*NB. The sound bath begins at 7pm, so 6.50pm gives 10 minutes to settle down and relax. Please do not arrive before this time as I will still be setting up and need some time to settle to give you the best experience. Doors open at 6.50pm (no admittance past 7pm).

About Kara, your sound bath guide
Having spent nearly two decades in the corporate world, commuting back and forth to London and navigating demanding business environments, I understand first-hand the toll busy lives can take on our wellbeing. It was during this time that I discovered sound bathing as my own escape and sanctuary.
Now trained in reiki and passionate about sound healing, I lead each session with genuine understanding of what it means to seek peace amid life's chaos. Whether you're juggling corporate pressures, managing family responsibilities, or simply craving a moment of calm in your busy world, I'm here to support you, and guide you towards the same sense of ease and restoration that changed my own life.
