The Immersion is back! And for the very first time we are running a Winter Edition - An opportunity to challenge your body and mind, and have an incredible Secret Sunrise movement experience with the addition of a cold water immersion.We will be running a 3-part series on the 1st Saturday of June, July and August. We will progress from a 5-minute immersion in June to a 7-minute immersion in July, and finally a 9-minute immersion in August.
If you complete all 3 immersions you will receive a free session on us (redeemable until the end of 2024)

🌞 SHU SHU MOBILE SAUNA 🌞

🌞 WHAT TO EXPECT 🌞
In this session, we will be guiding you through some movements and breathing techniques, finally building you up and warming us up to a collective cold water immersion. The objective is to challenge and appreciate our bodies and how they are our vessel of celebration. Expect to move, expect to connect with yourself and others, and expect to challenge your body in a cold water immersion experience to music.
The immersion is for all levels, and we will be guiding you through and supporting each other to this amazing challenge. If you are unable to get wet, perhaps this series is not for you. Bathing suits are essential and something warm after the immersion. We will be immersing ourselves only up to our neck, so no swimming caps necessary. Expect to feel challenged and alive after the experience. We look forward to this journey with you.

THEME: Immersion Part 3: 9 Minutes of Bliss
BRING: Bring a towel, bathing suit, comfortable clothing for moving, and something warm for after the immersion.
