This edition takes place at the super cool Bad Hand Coffee Studio, a converted warehouse in the heart of Bournemouth, home to an independent coffee roaster, with exposed brick, original beams, and a purpose built rooftop rustic sauna and whisky barrel ice bath. A unique urban sanctuary where contrast therapy meets community.
We’ll move, breathe, warm up, cool down, and slow right down. Creating space to tune in, challenge ourselves gently, and leave feeling grounded, clear and renewed.
FLOW OF THE DAY:
9:00 – 9:15 | Settle In
Arrive, land in the space.
9:15 – 10:30 | Open Circle + Welcome & Yoga
We begin together with an opening circle, followed by a breath led, dynamic yoga practice to warm the body, build awareness, and prepare for the elements ahead.
10:30 – 10:45 | Breathwork
Explore intentional breathing techniques to support nervous system regulation, cold immersion, focus, and resilience.
11:00 | Break
Pause, connect, hydrate, and enjoy freshly brewed Bad Hand coffee and my mum’s homemade muffins!
11:30 – 12:45 | Ice Bath + Sauna
Guided ice bath immersion supported by breath and presence, and rooftop sauna sessions. You’ll experience contrast therapy in a safe, supportive and empowering way.
12:45 - 13:00 | Closing Circle
Reflection, grounding, and integration to close the experience feeling connected and complete.
