IMMENSE Wellness: What About Me?

IMMENSE Wellness was created to inform and support men of color as they explore their respective careers and personal aspirations. The goal is for men to be strengthened emotionally, physically, financially, and mentally while developing meaningful connections with other professionals and entrepreneurs.

All men are invited to join this unique opportunity to discuss a man’s role and responsibility for caring for themselves amongst all the noise, social constructs and their relationships.

Men, please attend to be in a safe space to end 2024 and start a positive, impactful journey for 2025.
