IMMENSE Wellness: Let's Get Through It

IMMENSE Wellness was created to inform and support men of color as they explore their respective careers and personal aspirations. The goal is for men to be emotionally, physically, financially, and mentally strengthened while developing meaningful connections with other professionals and entrepreneurs.

Conflict is inevitable, yet how we handle it defines the strength of our relationships, whether with partners, friends, family, or colleagues. Let’s Get Through It is a men’s wellness event designed to create space for honest dialogue, practical strategies, and real tools for conflict resolution and healthy relationship building. 

Together, we’ll explore how men can move beyond avoidance, ego, or silence to foster deeper understanding, trust, and connection.

• 5:30pm - 6:00pm - Registration/Check-in and networking
• 6:00pm - 8:00pm - Panel discussion & Interactive Activities
