The first day of Spring in the Gaelic calendar is the 1st of February and what nicer way is there to spend it than by being on the hills at Sunset ?We will meet at the Long Woman's Grave and make our way up to Foxes Rock with it's stunning views overcthe mountains and sea. We will stop there to watch the Sun setting. Then undercthe darkening sky we will make our way back down with the lights of Omeath below and the stars above. This is a beautiful hike but it is steep from the start and needs a decent level of fitness and proper clothing and footwear. Torches also required. No jeans or runners please.
