Imbolc Self-Love Gathering

Imbolc is a time-honored fire festival, nestled between the winter solstice and the spring equinox. This sacred celebration pays tribute to Brigid, the goddess of spring, who has been gently slumbering through the winter months. As we unite in community to celebrate Imbolc, we will honor the tender seeds of self-love that stir within our hearts. Together, we will sip a special organic herbal tea, lovingly crafted to evoke sensations of safety, self-love, and joy.

This gathering will include community, meditation, organic herbal tea, light journaling and celebratory candle lighting in honor of the season.

This event will be lovingly facilitated and guided by Jennifer Bower, MSN, RN, and creator of The Caregiver Oracle.

As a master-prepared nurse with over 20 years of experience, Jen has a deep understanding of the role of the caregiver. She has worked in a variety of caregiving roles, both professionally and personally, including surgical trauma, nursing education, school nursing, and her role as mother, wife, friend, and community member.

Jen knows that only when we commit to tending to our own essential needs, we can continue to give to others without experiencing resentment, fatigue, and burnout.
